It afflicts nearly 2/3 of the current workforce and is one of the most common reasons for missed work. This safety course covers how your back works, causes of back pain, safe lifting and sitting and prevention and relief. This covers the orientation training necessary to satisfy the OSHA compliance related to back safety, sitting and lifting objects in the workplace.
